The course is suitable for those working in day nurseries, private nursery schools, pre-schools, before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group, childminders and carers of children at home.

Learning process

Our training is very practical and hands on. Our courses teach techniques proven to work in real life incidents and not just in a classroom environment. Our training is designed to build confidence and develop first aid skills which can help save lives.

Practical skills are assessed by continuous observation by the trainer and there is a written assessment paper to check understanding.

Successful candidates will receive a certificate which is valid for three years.
